Exciting news for me!!!!
Posted on September 6th, 2008 2 commentsMy new big book on silk paper for textile-artists has arrived. So I have attached a picture to prove the reality after over a year of writing, re-writing, making etc etc… however I am really pleased with it, the colours, the pictures, the design, let alone the excellent content! tongue and cheek! are just lovely. From Monday we’ll be taking pre-orders which will receive a complementary gift from the craftynotions website.
My New Book
It was nice to see old friends and new at the Craft 4 Crafters show here in Newark although I think we could have all done without the rain. Also many thanks to my pal Judith who made a brilliant quilt out of the some of the blocks that I was printing at the Festival of Quilts show out of our stencils and the tee juice fabic. Althought we’ll have ti for a while it is destined for a charity in Newark

Hi Sarah, I was about to buy a book here in Australia from Boomerang books called silk paper by Sarah Lawrence and did a google search to find more info. The cover is different to the book you’re holding (published 1/10/08). Did you do a re-write of the original or is there another Sarah Lawrence?
